The 3m3 Air Purifier Performance Test Chamber is mainly used for small (vehicle) purifier testing, to evaluate and measure the air purifier's test cabin for particulate matter and gaseous variable net air volume, and to accumulate cumulative cleanup detection.

1. Smoke CADR test and analysis system

2, formaldehyde purification efficiency test
Tested in a 3 cubic meter test chamber, 1 to 6 hours of formaldehyde removal efficiency.
3, VOC purification performance test
Test VOC (toluene) removal efficiency in 1 cubic hour of test chamber in 3 cubic meters.

Test cabin size
1.4 m×1.4 m×1.5 m = 2.94 m3, allowing±0.1 m3 deviation.
Temperature and humidity
Standard temperature (23±2)℃, relative humidity (50±10)%. The temperature is adjustable between 18℃ and 28℃, and the relative humidity is adjustable between 30% and 70%.
Frame
Stainless steel frame (2mm), mounted on the floor. Can be moved as a whole. The installation of the pulley ensures easy movement.
Wall
The 2mm stainless steel mirror panel is used, which is sturdy and beautiful, with a wall opening and a glass viewing port.
Floor

Sealing material

Exhaust
It has an exhaust duct that can be used for draining.
Operating gloves
The operating bulkhead is fitted with operating gloves to facilitate operation of the purifier during the test.
mobile platform
A movable platform is installed inside the test chamber to facilitate moving the purifier during the test
Air tightness
The air leakage rate in the test chamber should be less than 0.05 h-1. (natural decay experiment)
