1. Is the high and low temperature test chamber running normally? When the temperature is too high, the setting parameters of the PID need to be sorted out. If the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber rises directly, the over-temperature protection occurs, and the controller fails, the control instrument must be replaced.

 

2. When the high and low temperature test equipment suddenly fails during the test operation, the corresponding fault display prompt will occur on the control instrument, and there will be a sound alarm prompt. The operator can compare the faults in the operation and use of the equipment, and quickly detect which fault belongs to in the chapter, allowing experts to quickly eliminate the fault and ensure the normal operation of the test. There are other phenomena in the use of other environmental test equipment, and specific phenomena are analyzed and excluded. The environmental test equipment should be maintained regularly, the condenser of the refrigeration system should be cleaned regularly, the moving parts should be lubricated according to the instructions, and the electrical control system should be regularly maintained and checked.

 

3. In the high temperature test, when the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, the electrical equipment system can be checked and the faults can be eliminated one by one. When the temperature rises slowly, check the air circulation system, check whether the adjustment baffle of the air circulation is normally opened, and on the contrary, check the motor of the air circulation.

 

 

4. In the damp heat test of the high and low temperature chamber, the actual humidity reaches 100%, or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is quite low. The former phenomenon: the gauze of the wet bulb sensor is dry, check whether the water tank of the wet bulb sensor is short of water, and the water tank is in the water tank. The water level is automatically controlled by the water level controller. Another possibility is that the wet ball gauze becomes hard due to the long use time or the purity of the water quality of the water supply, and the gauze cannot absorb water and dry. Just replace or clean the gauze. The latter phenomenon is mainly that the humidification system does not work. Check the humidification system and the water supply system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the water level control of the humidification boiler water level is normal, and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal. When all the above are normal, check the electrical control system, which needs to be checked by professional maintenance personnel.
