The battery short circuit explosion-proof test box is used for personal safety protection in battery safety performance testing. During overcharge, overdischarge, charge and discharge tests and other tests, the battery is placed in the explosion-proof box and connected to an external charge and discharge tester to protect the operator and the instrument.

Application
It is suitable for short-circuit tests of various types of power lithium-ion batteries, energy storage batteries, etc.; it simulates the safety performance of the battery in the external environment when the positive and negative poles are short-circuited; according to the standard requirements, the short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance range far less than 100mΩ, so as to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test.
