Product Description

The thermal abuse test chamber complies with the test requirements of GB 31241-2014 "Safety requirements for lithium-ion batteries and battery packs for portable electronic products". The battery is heated at a temperature rise rate of (5±2)℃/min. When the temperature in the chamber reaches 130℃±2℃, it is kept constant for 30 minutes. The battery does not catch fire or explode.

The importance of battery thermal abuse testing is self-evident. With the rapid development of electric vehicles, portable electronic devices, aerospace, energy storage systems and other fields, batteries, as core components for energy storage and conversion, are becoming increasingly prominent in terms of safety.
