The temperature and humidity test chamber for combustible gas detectors is designed according to GB15322.1-2019, GB15322.2-2019 and other standards. It is used for various functional tests of industrial and commercial point-type combustible gas detectors, household combustible gas detectors and sensors, as well as functional tests in high and low temperature, hot and humid environments.

    Product Description

    The main purpose of the combustible gas detector test box is to conduct environmental adaptability experiments on gas detectors, which complies with the national standard GB15322.1.2.3-2019 for the technical standards of gas detector detection.

    The test box can provide gas detectors with non-power storage, alarm action value, range indication deviation, response time, orientation, repeatability, high-speed airflow, high temperature test, low temperature test, anti-poisoning performance, low concentration operation, long-term stability and other experimental means. It has a wide range of application value in the research field of fire gas detector industry.

    Preparation before the test

    Place the sample in the following environments in turn without power:
    25℃±3℃, keep for 24 hours;
    Normal atmospheric conditions, keep for 24 hours;
    55℃±2℃, keep for 24 hours;
    Normal atmospheric conditions, keep for 24 hours.

    Test gas

    The test gas should be prepared according to the type of detection gas and alarm setting value claimed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified in the relevant test.
    The test gas should be a mixture of combustible gas and clean air.
    The humidity of the test gas should meet the normal humidity conditions, and the gas distribution error should not exceed ±2% of the alarm setting value.
    When using methane, propane, or carbon monoxide as a combustible gas to prepare the test gas, the purity of the combustible gas should not be less than 99.5%; for other types of detection gases claimed by the manufacturer. Standard gases that meet the manufacturer's requirements can be used to prepare the test gas.
