Components and installation methods of thermal shock test chamber
The thermal shock test chamber adopts the cold storage method, and the cold and hot alternating shock method is used to test the performance of the product after the temperature changes rapidly. It is suitable for electronic and electrical parts, automation parts, auto parts, metals, chemical materials and plastics.
Composition of hot and cold shock test chamber:
1. The box material is SUS304 advanced anti-corrosion stainless steel plate, and the manufacturing process is excellent;
2. There is an air conditioning system and an adjustable air supply device at the rear of the box;
3. Unique sealing structure, using imported sealing materials;
4. Insulation material is high-grade fiberglass insulation material;
5. Internal air circulation system: through high-power centrifugal fan and high-grade stainless steel fan blade, to achieve good temperature and humidity uniformity;
6. Power cabinet: including door lock, control switch, fuse, magneto-thermal switch, motor overheat protection, etc.
Installation method:
The thermal shock test chamber must not be tilted or inverted. The distance between the front, back, left, and right sides must be more than 1m to allow the equipment to dissipate heat and avoid direct sunlight. The equipment should be placed on a level ground, and the water and electricity used for the test should be prepared. If there is water or excessive humidity, it will have an adverse effect on the parts. The power supply voltage should reach the rated value to prevent the voltage from being too low to start and burn the compressor.
