A detailed introduction to the working principle of the "Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber"

Date: Jan 21,2022 Views: 213

What is the working principle of the constant temperature and humidity chamber? This article will take you to understand the system composition of the constant temperature and humidity chamber and its operating principle in detail. I believe you will have a general understanding of the working principle of the constant temperature and humidity chamber after reading it.

The constant temperature and humidity chamber refrigeration system is one of the key components of the comprehensive test room. In general, the cooling methods are mechanical refrigeration and auxiliary liquid nitrogen refrigeration, and mechanical refrigeration uses vapor compression refrigeration. They are mainly composed of compressor, condenser, throttling mechanism and evaporator. If our test temperature is as low as -55°C, single-stage refrigeration is difficult to meet the requirements. Therefore, the cooling method of the constant temperature and humidity chamber usually adopts cascade cooling.

The refrigeration system of the constant temperature and humidity chamber consists of two parts, called the high temperature part and the low temperature part, each part is a relatively independent refrigeration system.

The evaporation of the refrigerant in the high temperature part absorbs heat from the refrigerant in the low temperature part and evaporates; the evaporation of the low temperature part of the refrigerant absorbs heat from the object to be cooled (the air in the test chamber) to obtain coldness. The high temperature part and the low temperature part are connected by an evaporative condenser, and the evaporative condenser is both the condenser of the high temperature part and the condenser of the low temperature part.

The heating system is relatively simple compared to the cooling system. It is mainly composed of high-power resistance wires. Due to the large heating rate required by the test chamber, the power of the heating system of the test chamber is relatively large, and the bottom plate of the test chamber is also provided with a heater.

The control system is the heart of the integrated test chamber, which determines important parameters such as the heating rate and the accuracy of the test chamber. Most of the controllers in the test chamber now use PID control, and a small number of control modes that combine PID and fuzzy control. Since the control system is basically in the software category and the part is in use, there are usually no issues. The humidity system and temperature system are divided into two subsystems: humidification and dehumidification.

After fully understanding the working principle of the constant temperature and humidity chamber, we have reason to believe that users can use the equipment for more scientific operations, making your test process safer, test results more accurate, and long-term test equipment use.
