• 1. Do you accept customized services?

  Yes, of course, we can not only offer standard machines, but also can customize machines according to your requests. Don’t hesitate to tell us your requirements, we will try our best to meet your needs.

• 2. How about your warranty?

  Every machine produced in our factory comes with a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months of FREE maintenance, while considering of shipping time, we can extend for 2 months for our customers.
  If your machine doesn’t work, you can email us and we will try to find the problem via email or skype video chat if necessary. After confirming the problem, we can send you new instrument accessories or provide on-site maintenance.

• 3. What’s the delivery term?

  At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

• 4. How to install and use the product?

  We will email you operating instructions and videos in English, or you can download it directly from our official website.
  Most of our machines are already a complete part when shipped, which means that they have already been installed, you only need to connect the power cable and can start to use them. If possible, we can also install your machine on site.

• 5. Are your company a trading one or a factory?

  We are an industry and trade integrated company, engaged in the research and development and production of test instruments, self-produced and self-marketing, the Foreign trade Department was established in 2007, OEM is also acceptable to us.

• 6. How to choose the most suitable products?

  Our professional team will give you the best advice, as long as you tell us what kind of testing you need to do and the required specifications.

• 7. What is the order process?

• 8. Can we visit your factory before order?

  Yes, we warmly welcome and sincerely invite you or your team to visit our factory, we can help to arrange hotel and pick you up at the airport.

• 9. How about the packing for machine, is it safely protected during transportation?

  Testing Chamber is packed by standard export wooden box for outside package and stretch film for inner package, it won't be damaged. We've delivered many testing machines abroad by sea or by air without damage.
