Product test method:


1. Stress test of the mold body shell at high temperature: After the battery (group) is charged, it is tested at an ambient temperature of 70±2°C for 7 hours, then removed from the oven and cooled to room temperature. The battery shell does not cause internal exposure. The physical deformer is qualified.


2. Thermal abuse (impact) test: Place each charged single cell in a natural convection or forced-ventilated oven, and the oven will rise to 130±2°C at an average temperature rise rate of 5±2°C and keep it warm for 30 minutes , And then take it out and return it to room temperature. The battery is qualified if it does not explode or does not catch fire.

1. The temperature control of the battery thermal shock testing machine is a PID microcomputer automatic calculation smart temperature control meter, PV/SV are displayed at the same time, and the required temperature can be set freely according to personal wishes within the allowable range of the machine temperature, and can be set through the PID parameters in the table To ensure the accuracy of its temperature control, the appropriate temperature control parameters can also be obtained by the self-calculation of the system in the meter itself. At the same time, the temperature control meter can set 30-stage humidification programs to control the heating rate (average humidification, Non-linear no-load); temperature sensing input CA (K) TYPE temperature sensing head, output is 12V;


2. The current controller of the battery thermal shock test machine adopts imported silicon controlled solid state relays (SSR) without contacts and no sparks, which is safe and maintains high current stability. The output ratio is automatically adjusted through the thermostat signal;


3. The timer used by the battery thermal shock tester: LED digital display, can automatically control the temperature at a fixed time, when the temperature is timed, and when the time is up, the power supply is cut off (when the timer switch points to the on position, wait for the actual temperature on the temperature control meter -The PV value reaches the set temperature-The timer starts to work when the SV value reaches the set time; when the timer reaches the set time, it cuts off the heat of the machine, the motor power supply and an alarm prompt, only the display power and the control instrument The power supply and speed up the cooling speed, so that the accuracy of the working time is guaranteed and the power loss is saved, and it is convenient to observe whether the temperature in the chamber is normal when the work is completed.
