1. Preparation of large test chamber: The test chamber should be larger than 12m³, such as HYV-12 (12m³), HYV-20 (20m³), etc. The test chamber needs to be cleaned before it can be used for testing.

2. Sample preparation: The sample shall be pretreated for no less than 72h, and the formaldehyde concentration in the ambient air of the pretreatment shall not exceed 0.10mg/m³

3. Sample placement: The sample is placed in the middle of the test cabin. If the furniture is tested, all doors and drawers need to be opened so that the sample can be mixed and circulated with the air in the cabin.

4. Air sampling: The gas released is collected through the sampling port on the cabin body. The sampling port should be set 1~1.5 m away from the bottom of the cabin and 0.5~1 m away from the bulkhead.

5. Analysis and calculation: the sampling gas through the relevant instruments, calculate the concentration and release rate.
