How to check the temperature recovery time of the thermal shock test box

        the temperature recovery time of the thermal shock test box is also called the high and low temperature test box. It is mainly used to test the material structure or composite material. It can tolerate the degree of endurance in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature or extremely low temperature in an instant, so that the sample can be tested in the shortest time. Check the temperature recovery time verification steps of the temperature recovery time of the thermal shock test box:

 

       Install the temperature measuring sensor according to the specified position, and adjust the temperature controllers of the high temperature box and low temperature box to the required standard temperature;

 

     The temperature of the cabinet is raised and lowered respectively, and the self-cooling and thermal shock test chamber is stable for 30 minutes after entering the temperature control state or stable for a corresponding time according to the product technical requirements, and record the temperature value of the measurement point;

      Record the shortest time required for the test chamber load to change from high temperature (or low temperature) equipment to low temperature (or high temperature) equipment to the temperature of the equipment measuring point to return to the temperature state before the test load is placed.
