Matters needing attention during daily maintenance of sand and dust test box

1. Do not open the vacuum switch at will, so as not to inhale a large amount of dust when the suction pipe is sealed with the sample, and cause the filter to be blocked. The suction port can be sealed with a rubber plug to avoid misoperation.

2. Clean the filter. Open the right side panel of the dustproof box. The filter is visible. Generally, it needs to be cleaned once after 20 times of use.

3. Replace the talc powder: add talc powder after 20 tests for replacement. First, open the right side panel of the sand and dust test box, see the fan turbine box, open the manual lock door of the turbine box, and remove the talcum powder with a brush. Tapping the dust test chamber will cause the talcum powder remaining on the wall of the chamber to flow down.

4. To prevent the talcum powder from being damp in the sand and dust test box, heating and pre-operation can be carried out for 1 hour before the test, but the heating temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, and the test can be performed after the temperature in the box returns to normal temperature after heating.

5. After the test, there will be talcum powder residue in the door, which should be cleaned up with a brush in time.
