Test principle |

The medical mask sample was supported on the test device, and 2 mL of synthetic blood was sprayed from a cannula with an inner diameter of 0.84 mm in a horizontal direction toward the mask to be tested at a distance of 300 mm. Simulate the scene where the mask is sprayed with blood from the perforated blood vessels, and observe the penetration of synthetic blood on the other side of the mask. The medical mask samples were tested at the liquid ejection speeds of 450 cm/s, 550 cm/s, and 635cm/s, respectively. The test results of each spray speed were recorded, and the highest blood pressure corresponding to the acceptable quality level limit of the medical mask was 4 corresponding. |
