Daily cleaning and maintenance of mold test chamber

Mold test chamberis used to test the mold resistance and microbial resistance of various electronic instruments, materials, parts and equipment under different temperature and humidity conditions. As a precision instrument, the Mold Test Chamber needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly.

Cleaning method of mold test box:
1. Mold Incubator to keep clean, with a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to scrub the surface of the box stains, dirt, visual inspection of no detergent residue, dry with a clean cloth.
2. After each use, immediately clean the instrument, and then hang the appropriate logo, and fill in the use of records in a timely manner.
3. If there is dust on the condenser at the back of the mold test chamber, it will affect the heat dissipation, use the blower to blow away after power failure.
4. The internal and external surfaces of the equipment should be bright and clean, no stains.

Daily maintenance method of mold test chamber:
1. Be careful when carrying. The angle with the horizontal plane should not be less than 45° when carrying.
2. If the humidity is not used for a long time, please pour out the water in the box.
3. When the instrument is not in use, the power plug should be unplugged.
4. In order to maintain the beauty of the equipment, it is not allowed to wipe the surface with acid, alkali and other corrosive items. The inside of the box can be wiped dry regularly with a dry cloth.
5. Temperature adjustment: Press the temperature setting button, the digital display is the set value, rotate the temperature adjustment potentiometer to the required temperature value, release the button, and the digital display is the actual temperature in the culture room.
6. If the box does not need to be sterilized, the sterilization switch on the panel should be set to the "off" position.
7. After the temperature is set, the temperature control knob cannot be rotated back and forth many times at will to avoid frequent compressor startup, causing the compressor to overload and affect the service life of the compressor.
8. There are two sets of fuse boxes on the back of the machine, namely the refrigeration and heating load fuse box and the control power fuse box. If the machine fails to operate, such as temperature control failure, no heating or cooling, the power supply must be cut off, and the fuses must be checked to see if they are intact, and then the corresponding parts must be checked.
9. Humidity adjustment: Press the humidity setting button, the digital display is the set value, rotate the humidity adjustment potentiometer to the required humidity value, release the button, and the digital display is the actual humidity in the mold test chamber.
10. When the operating temperature is low, the water in the water tray at the bottom of the box should be poured out regularly.
11. When the humidity sensor is in a high humidity state for a long time, condensation will form, that is, the humidity display value will remain high. If an accurate humidity display value is required, the test chamber door should be opened after the power is turned off, and the humidity sensor should be at room temperature. After natural drying, it can continue to be used.
12. If the device fails, please press the warranty point on the humidifier manual and repair it nearby.
13. Installation of the humidifier: Plug the power plug of the humidifier into the power socket on the back of the instrument, and then connect the humidification tube of the instrument to the humidifier. The connection must be tightly connected. Add water to the humidifier water tank and be sure to operate correctly according to the instructions.
14. Use the adjusting screw at the bottom of the mold test chamber to adjust the height so that the box is placed stably.
15. Plug in the power socket (the power supply should be well grounded), press the power switch, and the display screen will light up. At this time, the display screen shows the actual temperature and humidity in the test chamber.
