Operation process of vacuum drying oven

1. Connect the external power supply of the device first.

2. Open the door, put the sample in the box, and then close the door.

3. Turn the vacuum pump switch to 1, and the vacuum pump starts to pump vacuum. When the required pressure is reached, turn off the vacuum pump.

4. Turn the power switch to 1, and the temperature meter will start.

5. The control panel and temperature meter are introduced and set as follows: first press the SET button, PV displays SP, and then through the addition, subtraction and shift keys, modify the temperature to be set. After setting, press the SET key, the PV display will change to ST, and then use the plus, minus and shift keys to modify the test time to be set. The time unit is minutes. After setting, press the SET button to return to the main interface, and the device will start heating.

6. After the test, turn off the power switch and turn the vent, the pressure in the box will slowly return to normal pressure, then open the box door and take out the sample (protective gloves are required, be careful of hot hands). Let the cabinet door open for a while, let the temperature in the cabinet drop, and then close the cabinet door.
