Machine structure
1. Base plate:
(1) The base plate is made of group welding parts with high rigidity and strength, and the mounting surface is processed after aging treatment;
(2) Base plate test size: all around and the center have warning boundaries, the middle line at the same time for the test piece of the reference line, test the center of the test piece for this line, and people can not stand on the base plate.
2. Transmission beam: transmission beam in the left and right two clamping arm servo motor driven screw inward movement at the same time (speed adjustable) clamping test piece to achieve the set force, built-in pressure sensors by the clamping arm sensors to stop.
3. Servo system: when the transmission of the crossbar two clamping arms clamping force to reach and stop, the servo control station control servo through the chain drive crossbar to do up, stop and down action, test people can not crossbar on both sides.
4. Electrical control system:
(1) The whole machine adopts PLC control to realize the effective control of each working position action;
(2) The whole machine is equipped with a control cabinet to set the clamping force, clamping speed and lifting and stopping, and manual or automatic test mode can be selected on the panel of the control cabinet. In manual test, each action can be controlled manually, and in automatic test, each action can be realized to run coherently, safely, and according to the beat;
(3) An emergency stop button is provided on the panel of the control cabinet.
