1: Operation sequence to protect personal safety

Two: Safety measures to protect the sample

During each test, it is necessary to check whether the set value of temperature and humidity is within the maximum allowable range of the sample, otherwise the sample may be damaged by too high or too low temperature.

The device has the function of temperature deviation protection.

When the actual measured temperature is higher than the set temperature or lower than the set temperature, the heating is automatically cut off or the exhaust valve is opened to prevent further temperature rise or decrease of the test product damage.

Three: other matters needing attention

High temperature impact during operation or immediately open the door after the operation, pay special attention to the risk of blowing out high temperature gas in the chamber.

Open the door immediately when the operation is over 55℃. All substances in the chamber are in a high temperature state. Contact with these things may burn your body.

Open the door immediately when the operation is under 0℃ or at the end of the operation. All materials in the chamber are in a low temperature state. Contact with these things may cause frostbite.
