Precautions for operation of high and low temperature test chamber.

1. During the operation of the high and low temperature test chamber, do not open the door unless necessary, otherwise it may lead to the following adverse consequences.

2. The test chamber should be safely grounded to avoid electrostatic induction.

3. Avoid closing and opening the freezing unit within 15 minutes.

4. Before the low temperature test, please dry the studio.

5. It is forbidden to test explosive, flammable and highly corrosive substances.

6. The lights should be turned off as much as possible except for indoor conditions.

7. During the high temperature test, when the temperature exceeds the normal temperature, do not open the cooler.

8. When placing a heating test product in the high and low temperature test chamber, please use an external power supply for the power control of the test product, and do not directly use the power supply of the machine. When placing high temperature samples for low temperature test, please pay attention to opening the door as short as possible.

9. Circuit breakers and over-temperature protectors provide safety protection for the test product and operators of the machine, please check them regularly.

10. On any section perpendicular to the prevailing wind direction, the sum of the cross-sectional area of the test load shall not exceed one third of the working section.
