30 cubic meters air purifier performance test chamber: mainly to test the purification efficiency test of air purifier on-hook, cabinet, vehicle and so on, to see if the test performance meets the standard.
Test requirements for the purifier CADR test chamber:
1. Before the test, set the temperature and humidity of the inner chamber through the control panel, open the air valve of the inner chamber, turn on the variable frequency fan, electric heater and wet film humidifier. The ambient air and the mixed gas in the inner chamber generate positive pressure through the frequency conversion fan, and enter the circulation through the air supply air valve in the inner chamber, pass through the surface cooler, frequency conversion fan, mass flow meter, electric heater, wet film humidifier, and multi-function air filter in turn.
2. The air return air valve of the inner chamber enters the above-mentioned processing system, and so on and so forth, the cycle is called the inner cycle, and the air purification is completed while adjusting the temperature and humidity.
3. Finally, clean air with suitable temperature and humidity is sent to the chamber through the inner chamber damper for testing.
During the test, close the air valve and humidifier in the inner chamber, and open the air valve in the outer chamber at the same time. The air in the outer chamber enters the outer cabin through the system through the air supply air valve, and then returns to the system through the air return air valve. This cycle is called external circulation, which is used to indirectly control the temperature of the inner chamber.
