Sand and Dust Test Chamber
Applications
The dust test chamber equipment is designed to provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development and quality inspection. It is used to assess and determine the protection (IP) level of electrical and electronic product housings and sealing and electrical equipment housings, as well as whether the equipment and components can ensure good working performance after or during the dust test and the current use (road vehicle external lighting and light signal device environmental durability) test.
Features
The liner is made of SUS#304 stainless steel.
The outer casing is galvanized steel.
Test chamber door with observation window and with wiper.
The bottom of the test chamber is in the shape of a funnel to facilitate the collection of talc powder for the experiment.
Using a circulating fan and an automatic jar to blow the talc into the upper part of the working chamber through a 75 micron square hole mesh and promote the test space to form a high density dust mist and test the sample.
Use the TAIAN time controller (SG2-10HR-A) which is made in Taiwan to control the dust blowing, lighting and vibration cycle.
