Test Method for 81 m3 air purifier test chamber

 Test conditions of 81 cubic meters air purifier test chamber:

A）Ambient temperature: (23士2) C; 

B) Relative humidity： (50士10)

C) Atmospheric pressure: (95-~105) kPa;

D) Test power supply: the fluctuation range of AC sine wave, voltage and frequency shall not exceed the rated value taxi 1.

Test equipment

Inspection shall be conducted prior to the test to confirm that the pollutant producing device, measuring and recording device are in normal use.The performance, accuracy and range of test instruments shall meet the following test requirements:

A) Electrical measuring instruments used for type tests shall have a common accuracy of not less than class 0.5, and shall have a factory test of not less than class 1.0, except those specified:

B) Thermometer: the uncertainty is within 0.5C:

C) Hygrometer: uncertainty within 5:

D) Chronograph: the uncertainty is within 0.5:

E) Barometer: accuracy + 0.2kPa;

F) Calibration lasers: Horizontal and vertical alignment:

G) Temperature and humidity sensor: Sampling data deviation within soil 1:

H) Particle concentration sensor: The uncertainty shall be within 1 g/m2:

J) Carbon dioxide analyzer: the uncertainty is within Soil 1:

K) Gaseous pollutant mass concentration tester, the uncertainty should be within 0.01 mg/m).
