Under normal circumstances, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is cooled to the corresponding value according to the set time range, but due to the long use of the equipment or improper operation, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber cools slowly. When this kind of problem occurs, you can troubleshoot from the following points:

 

Operation error or test chamber problem:

Check whether the door of the constant temperature and humidity testing chamber is tightly closed. Do not open the door during the test to avoid large temperature differences and affect the cooling rate. Pay attention to whether the indoor ambient temperature is too high. Constant temperature and humidity testing chamber has requirements for ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is too high, find a way to lower the ambient temperature. If you are indoors, please install an air conditioner or turn on a constant temperature and humidity device. Use a fan to blow the baffle under the test chamber to achieve a cooling effect.

There is too much dust in the condenser, clean the dust of the condenser. The fan does not spin. Observe whether the fan can be started during the operation. If the fan can be started during the test and operation, it indicates that the fan is normal.

 

System troubleshooting:

The temperature cannot be maintained. During the operation of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, observe whether the refrigeration compressor can be started, and whether the compressor can be started during the operation of the environmental test equipment. If there is no problem, it indicates that the circuit from the main power supply to each compressor is If it is normal, there is no problem with the system.

Check the refrigeration system. If the discharge pressure and suction pressure of the low-temperature (R23) compressors of the two refrigeration units are lower than normal values, and the suction pressure is evacuated, this indicates that the main refrigeration unit is insufficient refrigerant.

Touch the exhaust pipe and suction pipe of the main engine R23 compressor with your hands, and found that the temperature of the exhaust pipe is not high, and the temperature of the suction pipe is not low (no frost), which also indicates that the main engine lacks R23 refrigerant.
