1. After cleaning, the door of the environmental test cabin is closed, the purified air is passed in, and the operation is started, and the time when the door is closed is 0.

2. The test time is 24h±1h, and the background concentration in the cabin is measured 24 hours after closing the cabin door.

3. Collect the background blank twice as required and test it.

4. The relative deviation of the two test results should be less than 20%, and the result after taking the average should meet the requirements.

For the determination of the VOC release amount of the coating, place the coating surface of the prepared test piece horizontally in the center of the cabin, so that the air flow uniformly passes through the surface of the test piece. The sample should be prevented from falling on the surface of the chamber, and the placement of the test piece should be completed within 30s. After the specimen is placed, the hatch door is quickly closed to start the test.
