Tilt and swing is a basic environment for mechanical, electrical and electronic products placed on water equipment (including ships, seaplanes, offshore oil exploration platforms). All kinds of mechanical, electrical and electronic products placed on water equipment must undergo the role of this environment. |

Tilt test is mainly applied to the products which must work normally or reliably when the inclination of the equipment is large due to the reasons of average, handling, unbalanced loading and wind, and the products whose working performance will be obviously affected by the inclined environment.Such effects generally include: |

Swing test is mainly applicable to the products that must work normally or reliably when the ship is swaying due to external forces such as wind and wave, and the products whose working performance will be obviously affected by the swing environment. Such effects generally include: |

Additional inertia force caused by rolling may cause additional dynamic load, which may result in abnormal work or structural damage of the product. |

In addition, besides the tilt and sway on the ship, this test must be carried out for other products which have the requirements of installation accuracy, working accuracy and electronic instrument error under the inclined and sway environment. For example, tilt and sway tests must be done on instruments and instruments of military equipment such as armored vehicles and tanks in operation, as well as human adaptability training of pilots and sailors. |

7. When the inclination test is carried out on the test bench, the test bench should be able to remain at the prescribed position under its maximum load, and no obvious shaking and drift should occur. |

8. During the rocking test, the track of the rocking amplitude of the test bench should be a smooth sinusoidal curve with continuous variation. |
