Machine structure
This machine is designed with a shock-absorbing device, which consists of a base and an air bag to reduce the impact force of the test bench on the foundation during impact. The test piece is installed on the workbench, which is guided by two sliding guide rails installed on the base and can move up and down. The two cylinders are connected to the workbench through a pull rod installed on the piston rod. When the cylinder is inflated, the piston rod extends and the pull rod drives the workbench to lift. During the impact, the cylinder is inflated and the workbench is lifted. When it is raised to the set height, the cylinder is quickly deflated, the workbench falls freely, and the bottom surface of the workbench hits the waveform generator, completing an impact process. It can be seen from the above impact process that by adjusting the drop height of the workbench, different initial impact velocities can be obtained, and thus different impact overload values can be obtained; and by changing the stiffness of the waveform generator, different pulse width values can be obtained. By coordinating with others, various impact test waveforms that meet the design index requirements can be obtained.
