Features
1. The outer cabin is constructed using jacket and warehouse plate units, while the inner cabin features a fully welded stainless steel structure that is free from formaldehyde-releasing or absorbing materials. The weld seams are polished, and the internal pipelines are made of metal.
2. The warehouse plate is crafted from stainless steel, and the Meiran steel plate is finished with a baked paint coating, ensuring a sturdy, waterproof, and aesthetically pleasing design.
3. The jacket incorporates a multi-wing centrifugal air supply system, along with horizontal diffusion and vertical heat exchange circulation, eliminating dead zones and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution within the inner cabin.
4. A high-capacity air compressor is used to deliver a steady and clean airflow.
5. The IPC-1000 controller can interface with a computer via an RS-232 connection, allowing users to program, collect test data, execute programs, and remotely control the machine's operations from the computer screen.
6. Comprehensive safety features are included, with the controller capable of automatically displaying fault conditions, cutting power, and suggesting troubleshooting steps.
7. The refrigeration system utilizes compressors imported from Europe and America, along with eco-friendly refrigerants. It employs a dual-loop cryogenic system, where different compressors operate in distinct temperature ranges to enhance the equipment's longevity.
8. The interior is lined with SUS# stainless steel plates.
9. Insulation is provided by polyurethane foam, applied on all six sides.
10. Air circulation is managed by a multi-wing fan system.
11. The heating system is equipped with a SUS stainless steel high-speed electric heater.
12. Humidity is regulated through a dew-point temperature control method in the humidifying system.
13. The cooling system combines a compressor, fin evaporator, and water-cooled condenser.
14. The control system integrates a temperature and humidity controller with a solid-state relay for precise frequency regulation.
15. Additional features include multi-layer reinforced glass windows, test ports (50mm), status indicator lights, and interior lighting.
