1. What is an aging house:
Aging room, also called high temperature aging room and constant temperature aging room, is equipment used for high temperature and harsh environment testing. Therefore, aging room, high temperature aging room, and constant temperature aging room are different names for the same equipment. The aging room simulates a high-temperature and harsh external environment for electronic products, and tests the performance and quality of electronic products to help manufacturers quickly locate and solve problems in the production environment, and improve product quality and competitiveness.
2. Aging house product structure:
The outer frame structure of the aging house is mostly composed of double-sided color steel insulation panels. According to different requirements, configure the main system, main power system, control system, heating system, temperature control system, air intake and exhaust system, constant temperature system, time control system, test load, etc.
The circulation system, over-temperature exhaust system, heating system and supporting air duct system are installed on the top of the aging room to save space;
The circulation system uses circulation fans and matching air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the test area;
The heating system uses an electric heater. The heater is placed in the circulating air duct on the aging roof, and is surrounded by fireproof and thermal insulation materials.
When the temperature rises to the set value, the heater stops heating, and the heater has an overheating protection device.
The circulation system always maintains circulation during the aging process to ensure temperature balance. The entire system has the characteristics of stable performance, small temperature fluctuation, high balance, and low noise.
4. Product technical parameters:
Temperature range: normal temperature +5℃--60℃ (normal temperature +5℃---80℃)
Temperature fluctuation: ±0.5℃;
Temperature deviation: accuracy ±3℃ (accuracy can be designed according to customer requirements)

5. Aging room application industry:
High-temperature aging chambers are widely used in aging screening tests for products in power electronics, computers, communications, biopharmaceuticals, instrumentation, aerospace, automotive parts, rubber and plastic tires, solar inverters and other fields. During the development process of various types of electronic equipment such as mobile phones and laptops that we are familiar with, they will enter the aging room for performance testing.
