Lamp replacement method of UV test box

1. The test sample fixture is placed on the sample rack of the UV test box, facing the fluorescent lamp. When the sample does not completely fill the sample rack, you need to fill the sample rack with a blackboard to keep the inner wall of the UV test box closed.

2. The test temperature of the UV test chamber can be 50, 60, 70 ℃ three kinds of temperature when lighting, preferably 60 ℃; the temperature of the condensation stage is 50 ℃. The temperature tolerances are all ±3°C.

3. The cycle of illumination and condensation can choose 4h illumination, 4h condensation, or 8h illumination, 4h condensation.

4. After 400~450h of light, each row of tubes needs to be replaced with a fluorescent tube, and the other tubes change positions, the effective life of the lamp is 1600~1800h.

5. When replacing the lamp tube of the UV test chamber, dry the water pan and clean it to avoid the formation of scale.
