Sampling steps for in-vehicle VOC sampling with vehicle VOC environment chamber

A. Preparation before sampling:

B. Sampling environment requirements:

Ambient temperature: 25.0℃±1.0℃;

Ambient relative humidity: 50%±10%;

Ambient air velocity ≤0.3m/s;

Background concentration value of environmental pollutants: toluene≤0.02mg/m, formaldehyde≤0.02mg/m

C. Sampling steps of car voc:

1. Sampling point setting, according to different models, set a different number of sampling points.

2. Put the inspected vehicle into the vehicle voc environment chamber, open the door, and let it stand for at least 6 hours.

3. Close all doors and windows for 16h, and start sampling.

4. For voc gas sampling, the total amount of gas collected should not be greater than 5% of the total volume of the vehicle.

5. For sample analysis, use corresponding methods to analyze whether the harmful substances such as voc in the car exceed the standard requirements.
