A. Equipment name: formaldehyde emission detection climate chamber, also called VOC emission environmental test chamber, also called formaldehyde and VOC emission test chamber

B. Meet the standard: GB 50325-2020 "Civil Construction Engineering Indoor Environmental Pollution Control Standard"

C. Operating conditions of formaldehyde and VOC test chamber:

1. Environmental test chamber size and volume: 0.05m3---40m3

2. The temperature should be (23±0.5)℃;

3. The relative humidity should be (50±3)%;

4. The air exchange rate should be (1±0.05) times/h;

5. The air velocity near the surface of the tested sample should be 0.1m/s~0.3m/s;

6. Artificial wood panels and their products, bonded wood structural materials, wall coverings, curtains, and soft pack samples; the ratio of the surface area of the product to the volume of the environmental test chamber should be 1: 1, the area of the carpet, carpet cushion sample and the environmental test chamber The volume ratio should be 0.4:1;

7. Before measuring the amount of formaldehyde and VOC release of material samples, the concentration of formaldehyde in the clean air in the environmental test chamber should not be greater than 0.006mg/m2, and the concentration of VOC should not be greater than 0.01mg/m2.
