The walk-in constant temperature and humidity laboratory is composed of circulation system, heating system and overtemperature exhaust system. The circulating system, overtemperature exhaust system, heating system and supporting air duct system are installed on the aging roof without occupying other space. The circulating fan and supporting air duct are used in the circulating system to ensure the uniform temperature in the test area. The heating system is heated by electric heater, and the heater is placed in the circulating air duct on the aging roof.

The PID temperature module is used to control the walk-in constant temperature and humidity laboratory. When the temperature reaches the required temperature of the product, the power of the heater is automatically adjusted according to the fluctuation of indoor temperature and the insulation property of the insulation library board, so that the indoor temperature is stable at the set temperature value. The room temperature can be added to the set temperature within the specified time, and the heater stops heating when the temperature rises to the set value. The heater has the overheat protection device, such as the customer's own product heating, the use of overheat exhaust system, the use of electric louver automatic negative pressure exhaust, heat is large, the use of low noise fan exhaust, the frequency converter to control its speed.

Cyclic temperature control process: when the heater starts heating when the temperature reaches the set value, the heater stops heating. With the passage of time, the temperature of the product area will gradually rise. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the exhaust system starts to act to exhaust the superheated gas in the product area. The frequency converter will control the operation of the exhaust fan outside the room. When the temperature drops * the lower limit of the set value, the fan stops exhaust air and the exhaust system closes at the same time. The circulation system always keeps the circulation state during the aging process to ensure the temperature balance. The whole system has the characteristics of stable performance, small temperature fluctuation, high balance, low noise and so on.
