Test preparation
The test prototype and pollutant concentration sensor should be arranged in accordance with FIG. 1(schematic diagram of new one-way flow fan) and FIG. 2(schematic diagram of new two-way flow fan).
Sampling points 1 and 3 are 50 cm from the inner wall of the cabin and 1.5m from the cabin floor;Sampling point 2 is located in the center of the test chamber.The exhaust outlet of the test prototype should be located below *, the central axis of the plane in which it is located, and the lower edge should not be more than 20cm from the ground.
If the sensor of the new fan is separated from the whole machine, the sensor should be placed at the air outlet of the whole machine for testing, as close as possible to the air outlet.
Note: The pressure difference between inside and outside the test chamber is adjusted by auxiliary exhaust, and the pressure difference between inside and outside the test chamber is monitored by micro-manometer.
